You can book your accommodation during the registration process - we only require your credit card details to secure the booking, no pre-payment is required.
We'd like to encourage you to all stay here, as this will mean that everyone's in the same place, giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 28 March 2026. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged with a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking. Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.
Please note all rates are per room per night for single occupancy, including breakfast and including GST.
