All fees stated below are inclusive of 15% Goods and Service Tax (GST) and in NZ Dollar ($).

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). For group bookings, please contact the conference organiser before starting your registration at large2026@confer.co.nz.

We are a tax-registered entity in New Zealand, so all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to GST (15%).

Discounted Fees: NZGS, AGS, and JTC1/3 committee members will receive a discount code for 20% off their registration fee.
*Students Important Note: There are only 25 discounted student registrations available. Please make sure you complete your registration as soon as possible to ensure a place. Students must be studying full-time at a tertiary institution. You will need to provide name and contact details of your academic supervisor, and evidence of student status and programme of study. 

Full registration includes:

  • Entry to all Workshop sessions from 29 April 2026 - 2 May 2026.
  • All morning teas, lunches, and afternoon teas (as scheduled)
  • The Welcome Function on Wednesday 29 April 2026 

 

Not included/at an additional cost:

  • Ticket(s) to the Conference Dinner on 30 April 2026 - $220 incl GST per person.
  • Workshop Field Trips.
  • Workshop Training Courses.
  • Accommodation: You can book accommodation during the registration process at the Workshop venue, The Millennium Hotel Queenstown.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change.

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to large2026@confer.co.nz.
  • Cancellations received on or before 31 January 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
  • No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 31 January 2026 (including "no shows" at the conference).
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
